We do not offer exchanges for fine or custom-made pieces. We do, however, honor exchanges for fashion jewelry. When initiating an exchange, you can choose between store credit or an exchange of the same item in a different size or color. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be sent with all packaging, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Bijules team. Email us with photos and a reason for an exchange.
Grillz are always a WIP, email us if they do not fit. We do not accept any exchanges after the listed exchange timeframe.
