Bespoke Bijules and fine jewelry pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty. If you encounter any problems with your custom jewelry piece, reach out to us for assistance. The warranty excludes repairs needed due to user wear and tear. Please note the warranty is voided if your ring is repaired by a jeweler outside of the Bijules team.
Bespoke Grillz are handmade and custom. Your mouth, our hands, and nature's materials will vary from these photo samples. Misplaced grillz are remade at the owners' expense(shipping as well) and will not guarantee an exact replica to those lost. Impressions are only initiated by Jules Kim. We do not accept dentist or at home impressions.
A 14-day limited warranty is available on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. If your piece does not fit or needs adjustment, please contact us immediately. This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen and/or bent bands, or cracked stones.
INSURANCE: We highly recommend insuring your Bijules. We recommend Jewelers Mutual to provide a standalone policy, or you can add jewelry to your homeowners insurance with a rider. You will need to reference the appraisal provided with your ring.
