Online sales are applicable only in USA, Italy, France, UK, Canada and Germany.
Bijules offers the following delivery or delivery methods: Varied delivery by UPS service and other worldwide postal services USPS where applicable on products of certain value in the USA The shipping costs are those specified when the order is finalized and are accepted upon order validation. If a product is not in stock, Client will receive an immediate email with expected delivery and cost options.
In accordance with the delivery deadline indicated on the Site for each of the Products, Bijules will deliver Products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the order. For made to order and bespoke orders, the delivery can take up to 8 weeks. This 4-8 week period will be communicated directly post order confirmation.
If one or more Products could not be delivered within the period initially announced, the Company will send an email indicating to the Customer the new delivery date.
Delivery times are announced in working days on the Site when ordering. These deadlines include the preparation and shipment of the order as well as the deadline provided by the carrier.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client when ordering. It is therefore up to Client to check that this address contains no errors. Bijules cannot be held liable if the address provided by the Client is incorrect, thus preventing or delaying delivery.
If, upon delivery, Client opts for signature receipt, it is the Client’s responsibility to be present to accept package.
No delivery will be made to a PO box.
On delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check that the Products delivered comply with their order and that the package is sealed and not damaged. If this is not the case, the Customer must indicate this on the delivery slip. The Customer must indicate via email any complaint concerning the quantity or the condition of the Product.
